Problem: Create an infographic on a controversial topic in which the data speaks for itself and makes an impact on the viewer.

Solution: As I have always had a personal moral conflict with the death penalty myself, I looked to the facts and found a way to portray an objective problem with the system. I touched on the economic and logistic aspects, as people tend to care more about a topic when it involves their own wallets. I kept my typography and color palette tight and clean and limited the imagery to let the facts speak for themselves.
